Previously Kristina was a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Pursuing yoga in 2007 unexpectedly changed not only Kristina’s career, but her self awareness and presence within her relationships. That joy was something she decided she wanted to share.
As a result, in 2009 Kristina completed Yoga instructor certification at KCFitnessLink which lead her to learn Thai Massage. The addition of becoming a full time licensed massage therapist in 2011 has increased her knowledge of the body. In addition to these certifications she also holds certifications in sound healing, Reiki TUMMO, energy healing, life coaching and teaches meditation.
She brings a good vibe and incorporates many of her skills into a well rounded yoga class. Kristina is best known for teaching a safe, therapeutic and strong but most of all FUN, slowish paced vinyasa. She teaches from the heart, bringing much joy and variety to her classes.
When not teaching fun yoga classes you can find her exploring anything and everywhere.
