STRENGTH & BALANCE YOGA

Strength and Balance is a semi-intermediate and intermediate level class, where variations are presented that can be adapted to the individual.

Step-by-step we will build strength throughout the body, which contributes to better balance. We will also learn the importance of having a strong core and how to use the muscles correctly.
