VINYASA YOGA

TUES & THURS 5:30 PM

Vinyasa means breath to movement and is often referred to as a “flow style” of yoga. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation linking each posture together with a fluid breath flow. This is a dynamic practice that creates strength, flexibility and unity within the mind and body.  We will explore variations of sun salutations, which will be used as transitions between postures.
