VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa means breath to movement and is often referred to as a “flow style” of yoga. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation linking each posture together with a fluid breath flow. This is a dynamic practice that creates strength, flexibility and unity within the mind and body.  

Experience a moderate-to-challenging class, where you'll be able to work at your level of intensity.  We will start by connecting to the breath, and build our flow through "sun salutations".   Balance and strength-building postures will be incorporated, along with stretching.
