With over 20 years of experience in yoga, movement arts, and somatic practices, Rosa Aguilera brings a unique fusion of fluidity, strength, and deep awareness into her teachings.
Specialized in Vinyasa, Qi Gong, Yin Yoga, and embodied movement, she has trained extensively in therapeutic and energy-based practices, allowing her to create transformative experiences that integrate breath, flow, and self-discovery.
Passionate about movement as medicine, Rosa designs her sessions to be accessible yet deeply enriching, helping practitioners of all levels enhance mobility, release tension, and cultivate inner balance.
