Yin Yoga for Beginners
WED & SAT 11:00 AMA slow, steady practice to unwind and reconnect. In this Yin Yoga class, we hold gentle postures for several minutes to release tension in the hips, spine, and shoulders. The focus is on stillness, mindful breathing, and finding comfort within quiet effort.
You’ll learn to:
• Find your edge without strain
• Use props for support and safety
• Invite calm through long, steady holds
All levels welcome. Bring curiosity, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to slow down.
