YOGA FIT

Welcome to Yoga Fit.  This class combines yoga poses with resistance bands to take your practice to ‘the next level’ and build strength!   Resistance bands have been shown to increase kinesthetic awareness, improve mind/body connection, and develop strength.  Along with yoga poses, we will also incorporate ‘cardio’ intervals to increase heart rate and burn calories.  The result is a fun and unique experience that gets you energized, tones muscles and increases flexibility.   An excellent day to kick-start the day!   Let’s get fit together!
