Yinyasa is an intentional blend of movement and stillness, a place where effort softens into ease. We’ll begin with foundational postures and breath to awaken circulation, then slow down into longer-held yin poses that invite deep release in the hips, back, and shoulders.
Accessible for all levels, this practice supports both strength and surrender, helping you unwind tension, nourish your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
