YOGA: Sound Ground Balance
with AmaTUESDAY, JUNE 23
6:00 pm (60 minute class)
Price: $15
An invitation to slow down and come home to yourself.
Through breath, movement, balancing poses, guided meditation, and the support of sound and music, we explore practices that help steady the mind and root the body in the present moment. Together, we cultivate awareness, stability, and a sense of inner balance.
This class is an opportunity to pause, listen, and reconnect with the simple experience of being here, now.
Your Instructor: Ama
Ama is a singer-songwriter, yoga teacher, and biologist originally from Belgium, now living in Torio, Panama.
Creativity has been a thread throughout her life, from music and movement to a deep curiosity for nature and human experience. Through years of travel and unexpected turns, she has learned to appreciate the simple moments, trust the flow of life, and find freedom beyond expectations.
Her work is inspired by a simple belief: that there is beauty in being fully ourselves. Through music, movement, voice, and meditation, she invites people to slow down, reconnect with what feels true, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence.
Whether through a song, a yoga practice, a sound journey, or a shared moment of expression, Ama's intention is to create spaces where authenticity, connection, and joy can naturally emerge.
