Scott is a certified RYT 500 yoga instructor and breathwork facilitator with training in trauma-informed practice. His path into teaching began after years in a demanding corporate life, where constant pressure and long stretches on call led to burnout. Yoga became his way back, a place to rebuild trust in his body, quiet his mind, and reclaim a steadier rhythm. That shift opened the door to deeper study, and he completed advanced training before beginning to teach in early 2025.
Scott’s classes offer a grounded, supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and release tension through Yin Yoga, functional mobility, and mindful breathwork. His approach is calm and attentive, with clear guidance and gentle pacing. Each class invites students to cultivate presence, rebuild internal balance, and find the steady center that often gets lost in everyday life.
Scott comes from a long background in tech and cybersecurity, and that experience shapes his teaching in subtle ways, especially his interest in nervous-system resilience and sustainable habits for people who work under pressure.
