ABOUT NOEL: Noel Lezcano Saldaña is an instructor in both police & civilian self-defense, a university professor of Criminalistics, and a Security & Protection Advisor. He is certified in weapons handling and defensive vehicle handling. He is trained in Krav Maga, Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Noel travels throughout the country, offering his trainings to the Police Force of Panama.
