HATHA VINYASA YOGA

MON, WED, THUR 6 PM

This fluid yoga class is designed to harmonize body, mind, and spirit, using a combination of pranayama, yoga postures, mudras, and a final meditation with Sound Bath. The goal is to achieve deep balance, developing strength, flexibility, and concentration, while cultivating inner peace. Through the physical practice, by tiring the body, we enter a state of contemplation of the energetic body, where we can pause the fluctuations of the mind, achieving a state of total peace with your current state of being (IRIE).
