POWER YOGA
MONDAY 6:00 PMA dynamic practice inspired by Power Vinyasa, designed to build strength, mobility, stability, and endurance through mindful movement and breath.
The class combines flowing sequences, active transitions, and challenging postures that elevate energy levels while strengthening the entire body.
While this is a more vigorous style of yoga, it is designed to be accessible to a wide range of practitioners.
Modifications, progressions, and the use of props (blocks, straps, blankets, and other supportive tools) are incorporated to adapt each posture to individual needs.
The goal is not to achieve a perfect shape, but to find the balance between challenge and sustainability, allowing every student to practice safely, effectively, and according to their current abilities and physical condition.
