MONDAY, JANUARY 19
4:30 pm
$15 (75 minutes)

In this session, we will explore a self-treatment sequence from Reusi dat ton designed to relieve and recover from overstimulation of the nervous system.

When we feel our facial expressions stiff and a heaviness in the skull and upper back, it's time to pay attention to the impact of certain habits in our lives. When we spend long days at work without adequate rest, and what level of anxiety we are experiencing, these are all questions to consider in order to improve the responses of the body's defense systems.

The self-massage techniques of this Thai healing practice, focused on the face and upper body, open and mobilize the energy lines that carry energy flow to this part of the body. Learn simple exercises that provide tools for managing your health and well-being.

After the practice sequence, we will continue with sound meditation, using the deep vibrations of singing bowls, the gong, and other instruments for profound relaxation.

The sounds Om, Ah, and Hum, in various sequences throughout this journey that delves deeper into our being, transmit peace, harmony, and equanimity.

The vibrations become present in our body like a sound massage, or like a necessary cradle where we can find refuge in well-deserved rest, with our body still and in a perfect posture of relaxation.
