MONDAY AND THURSDAY 8 AMVinyasa means breath to movement and is often referred to as a “flow style” of yoga. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation linking each posture together with a fluid breath flow. It is a practice that creates strength, flexibility and unity within the mind and body.
Power yoga is a form of vinyasa that is challenging and powerful. Poses are held longer than traditional vinyasa to help build stronger muscles. If you are looking to challenge yourself while building strength and endurance, power yoga is a good fit for you.
Take yourself lightly, but your practice seriously. Sweat, smile, and feel invigorated, refreshed and balanced.
