Mounir is a guide of energy, breath, and embodied healing.
For more than a decade, he has studied and practiced QiGong, Tai Chi, breathwork, and natural medicine, weaving traditions that restore balance to body, mind, and spirit.
His path began early, drawn to the quiet strength of martial arts. Over time, this became a devotion to healing QiGong, where movement becomes meditation and breath becomes medicine. He is trained in herbal medicine, apitherapy, nutrition, Reiki, and relaxation therapies. His work helps others reconnect to their inner vitality and remember the steadiness within.
